In common with the other three churches in the Halifax Group of United Reformed Churches, our vision is to know, love, live and share Jesus, for a better world.

This is based on the great commandment of Jesus as told in the bible in John chapter 13 verses 34-35 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

We believe in:
God the Father: revealed by the Old Testament to be Creator, Lord, Father.
God the Son (Jesus): who lived on earth amongst human beings
God the Holy Spirit: who to this day fills those who ask with new life and power
